Daddy duty isn't helping Derick Dillard get any work done. In fact, it seems that the new addition to the family is actually hindering his productivity at work. The 19 Kids and Counting star might have just welcomed new baby Israel Dillard into the world last month, but now that his paternity leave from his accounting job has ended, he is finding it hard to juggle his new role as a father and his position at Wal-Mart.

That's right, the 26-year-old is apparently pooped from all his tasks as a new father. According to Radar Online, Dillard doesn't even get a break while he is at work, as the site is reporting that his co-workers are bombarding him with questions about the baby and his family.

"Poor guy- he's up all night with the baby, then he has to go to work and have his co-workers asking him all kinds of questions about his wife, their newborn baby, the rest of the family and the TV show," a source explained to the news site. "He can barely get any work done!"

But while it appears that Derick is trying to balance his new life, he has found some solace in all the chaos, as he has been allegedly taking to his car to eat during his lunch break.

"He eats his lunch in his car," the insider explained, adding that he "may even take a little nap, but no one would blame him if he did."

While Derick is having trouble adjusting, it seems that Jill is too. According to The Inquistr, the Duggar star has been have trouble recovering since her pregnancy.

"Jill's having a very tough time with her recovery and Derick is right there with her helping out as much as he can," the source explained.
