The countdown continues with 2 episodes ofThe Flash left on the CW network. With Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in trouble, will Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell) swoop in as Firestorm and save Caitlin Snow (Dannielle Panabaker) from Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) aka The Reverse-Flash?

In our previous recap, Cisco, Caitlin, and Barry discovered the Reverse-Flash's Time Vault, which revealed the scarlet speedster's future. Caitlin recognized the name of the newspaper article and pointed out, Iris West-Allen. Barry is destined to one day marry the love of his life, but Eddie has plans of his own to propose to Iris. Just as the Reverse-Flash kidnapped Eddie, Iris discovered the man behind the red suit is really Barry.

In our recent recap, the Reverse-Flash revealed the future to Eddie, where Iris married Barry and hyphenated her name, West-Allen. Knowing the scarlet speedster's identity, Iris joined the group as they tracked down Gorilla Grodd in the sewers. Unable to untie himself, Eddie watched as Wells pull the switch and reactive the particle accelerator.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Cavanagh describes his showdown with the scarlet speedster, Arrow, and Firestorm, "We spent a lot of time doing this face-off. We understand that when you have gunslingers facing off against each other, you don't do that at the beginning of the show, you do that at the end of the show. We put a lot of work, choreography and man hours into the fight. It ended up being really enjoyable. Not to put words in the viewers' mouths, but I hope they're as pleased as we are."
