August Alsina Reveals He’s Going Blind: Singer Praying Surgery Will Save Sight

MStars News has just learned the heartbreaking news that R&B singer August Alsina is going blind. According to BET, Alsina revealed the news via Instagram.

He wrote: "So I have this eye disease.. Blind in my left, and losing vision in my right. In order to prevent my eyesight from deteriorating I had to do this surgery."

The "No Love" singer wrote about how painful his surgery was. "This sh*t is beyond painful & Life be throwin' a nigxa curve balls but what I've gained from it all is priceless... "

Hopefully the surgery will be positive on Alsina's eyes. "A lot of things that are so natural to us in life (like waking up and being able to see) we can take it for granted. Thank God the OG for allowing me to see.. The good the bad the ugly, I'm just glad to see"

This isn't the first time Alsina had some health issues. MStars News previously learned that the singer passed out on stage back in September 2014. Alsina was in a coma, and was in ICU after having multiple seizures.

Like then, his fans are now back at his side praying, and hoping for the best. They wrote the following comments below:
