Leslie Moonves, CBS CEO said that Angus T Jones' "filth"-talk was "a piece of cake" to deal with compared to that of former star on the show, Charlie Sheen.

"I don't think it's quite been resolved, but after going through what we went through with Charlie Sheen, this is a piece of cake," said Moonves to The Wall Street Journal.

"It's been an interesting time, as it always is."

Actor Charlie Sheen was fired from the TV sitcom "Two and a Half Men" March 7. The sitcom's youngest star, Jones, 19, trashed the TV show calling it "filth."

"I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth," he said. "People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch."

Moonves was addressing the issue of Jone's rant at the 40th UBS Global Media and Communications Conference where he said jokingly "that kid on Two and a Half Men who makes $300,000 per episode to talk bad about me."

"By the way, he's still collecting his $300,000 per week, as he's, you know ..." Moonves continued.

Jones did apologize for the outburst, "While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear.

"Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and Half Men with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family," he said.

Jones portrays the role of Jon Cryer's onscreen son Jake Harper. He was eight years old when he joined the show. The show was launched 2003. It became a CBS hit.

Jones is most likely to choose to attend college next year and may not return for the eleventh season. "You might see him for a few guest spots," said a source, E! Online reported.
