Season 2 of the hit medical reality show, Botched, continues with an all-new patient in the operating room on E! In tonight's latest episode with the renowned plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, get a visit from their latest patient, Daniella "Two Spirits" Mendez.

As we previously mentioned, Botched chronicles stories of plastic surgeries gone awry. Viewers follow the doctors, who are committed to helping patients go from botched to regaining their beauty once again. The all-star plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, face new challenges as they meet with everyone from various fields, who range from from famous television, sports, music stars to disfigured burn victims.

In our MStars review, the show flashes-forward, presenting the patients after they have fully recovered from the operations. These sad tales of botched operation turn into an emotional and inspirational story by the conclusion.

In tonight's synopsis, a celebrity Dolly Parton impersonator wants the doctors to fix her saggy skin. Finding himself challenged, Dr, Nassif helps a woman with a possibly unfixable nose. Daniella 'Two Spirits' Mendez wants a convertible implant for both a male and female option.

In an interview with LA Confidential Magazine, Dr. Nassif describes the surgeries he's performed on the reality show, "Yes, these are real, difficult surgeries. We're not faking these. It's very interesting. Obviously, we're not going to operate on the patients that are not the most appropriate candidates. And you see that on the show. It's the wild west of plastic surgery and we're kind of in there trying to make sure that we do the right thing. There's nothing fake about it-it's a cautionary tale, we educate patients also."
