'Honey Boo Boo' Alana Weight Loss, Mama June Slams 'The Doctors' in Instagram Post

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo might have been canceled, but the stars of the TLC series are still making headlines every day. Mama June Shannon just made tabloid news after she hosted a meet and greet event at a strip club in Florida earlier this month. But, while the matriarch of the reality family might be the main one in the press, her daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson has also been a target of the bloggers. One main thing that the starlet has come under fire for recently is her weight. The star and her mom even made an appearance on TV series, The Doctors, to try to get their bodies in shape.

However it seems that Mama isn't too happy with the TV show, as Alana reportedly hasn't lost any weight since her appearance on the program, according to Radar Online.

Mama June wasted no time calling out the TV show, as she took to her Instagram page to write a lengthy comment regarding the lack of help and progress that the show made in her life.

"Just so everyone knows I want the truth out there," the former reality star wrote on her daughter's social media page. "I'm sorry but in the mth the show 'THE DOCTORS' was in our lives she lost nothing. They wanted her to fail I feel from the beginning they air the rest of the show tomorrow."

While she might not have made progress from the help of The Doctors, June says that Alana has started to make some strides in her weight loss goals all by herself.

"She had lost almost 8 pds from 125.5 to 118 so far in a mth im so proud of her," the star wrote.
