Meek Mill Denies Nicki Minaj Engagement: Does Safaree Samuels Have A Chance

Rapper Meek Mill finally denies that he and Nicki Minaj are engaged. The rap star says that they are taking their time despite after gifting her with a $750,000 heart-shaped diamond ring.

In an interview with Fader, the Philly native said that the rumors aren't true and the couple aren't getting married anytime soon. Nicki recently broke up with her boyfriend of 12 years, Safaree Samuels and quickly jumped into a relationship with the MMG rap star.

He told the magazine, "It ain't really time to get married yet," Mill said. "We're still learning each other, feeling each other out." He added that his grandmother called him frequently after hearing the news through the media," Whatever she sees on TV, she believes."

Recently, the cute couple had a flirtatious Instagram session while using photos of them with Hip-Hop's number one couple, Beyoncé and Jay Z.

Meek joked writing, "Aye Jay can you tell Bey to hook me up with her friend! Tell her Meek want her."

Nicki responded in his comments writing, "Yo Bey, don't look now girl, but who dat wit Jay???"

According to Page Six, Jay Z toasted the couple during his Mayweather vs. Pacquiao post fight party at club Marquee in Las Vegas.

Recently, Drake congratulated Nicki on her engagement to the MMG rapper during hisCoachella concert.

 The rap star took some time to put "The Pinkprint" rapper on blast telling the crowd, "I love this girl right here, we ['re] family forever," he said before saying "congratulations."

The rapper confirmed his engagement on Instagram posting a picture of his lovely bride to be engagement ring and told XXL, "We be having conversations sometimes like, 'That flow? Yeah, I got that flow from you,' or, 'You got that flow from me.' We argue and sh*t like that all the time."

The Philly native added, "I got the girl that I wanted, not what they wanted, you know what I'm saying? What I wanted."

April 15, Nicki hinted that she and rapper were engaged posting diamond ring emoji's tweeting fans, "I'll post it later."

Later, the rap star confirmed the proposal by flashing her huge heart-shaped yellow and white diamond ring.
