Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce, Is Custody Battle Over 3 Kids Beginning?

News might have broken earlier this week that there was trouble in paradise for Hollywood "It" couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, but it looks like things are escalating pretty quickly. The news went from just rumors to reports that the actors are actually getting involved in a custody battle. That's right, not only are they calling it quits on their marriage, but now they are deciding how to split the time between their three kids, Violet, Seraphina and Sam.

According to Radar Online, it seems that the kids have been a huge hot topic issues between the two A-listers as their marriage continues to crumble around them. The site is reporting that one of the issues involved the kid's schooling.

"Jen went ballistic," a source explained when the issue was brought up, adding, "Ben felt Jen overreacted, and that led to a huge divide between them."

According to New York Daily News, Garner is currently in Canada and it is being speculated that the kids will join her once they finish school in Los Angeles.

However, the tension didn't end there as, "Ben felt she wasn't supporting him and vice versa. His friends have tried to advise him that he has to support her, but Jen feels he left her hanging," the insider revealed.

It is being reported that Jen could possibly get full custody of the kids, as it seems that Ben isn't even trying anymore.

"He hasn't gone back to her to try to fix her hurt feelings," the insider explained. "Like, he just doesn't care. Ben doesn't want drama so he hasn't confronted her."

However, this could be one of the main reasons that "Jen's going to try for full custody."
