Kacey Musgraves might be one of the newest stars on the country scene, but it seems that the outspoken songstress doesn't have a problem throwing some shade at her more experienced peers. While the "Biscuits" singer is about to put out her second studio album, Pageant Material, in a new interview she coyly, and without mentioning names, pokes fun at some of her more famous contemporaries. Some sites couldn't help but notice the similarities between her comments and stars Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and even her pal Miranda Lambert.

While we don't think that Kacey is poking fun at all these country divas in her new interview, E! News is speculating that she references them while talking about being a girl in today's country scene.

"There was this cycle in Nashville where if you were a girl, you had to be really sassy," the star admitted in her new interview with Fader magazine. "You cheated on me, so I'm going to burn your house down. I've never felt a kinship to those kinds of songs."

The site is reporting that it is this comment that they feel mocks both Carrie and Miranda, who have songs about getting back at an ex, (think "Kerosene" and "Before He Cheats.")

There is also a song on the record called "Good Ol' Boy," where Kacey has a line that says, "another gear in a big machine don't sound like good to me," which seems to be subtly shading Taylor's record label, Big Machine. However, Musgraves says that she isn't just referencing Swift, but is rather "talking about a lot of different people."

We can't wait to get our hands on Pageant Material when it comes out next month to try to pick up on all of Kacey's coy references.
