Despite their rather dysfunctional relationship, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez just can't break things off for good. But Taylor Swift is extremely worried for her gal pal, and doesn't want the "Believe" crooner to break the 22-year-old beauty's heart again. So now Swift's planning a serious heart-to-heart with the "Come & Get It" songstress!

Rumors suggest that Gomez recently ended a whirlwind romance with DJ Zedd. And just a few days later, she was reuniting with the Biebs! Jelena was spotted attending services at the Hillsong Church in Los Angeles earlier this week (May 24). They were not hanging out together, but still...

The fact that Gomez would even consider giving the 21-year-old "boyfrend" crooner another chance infuriated the "Blank Space" sweetheart.

An alleged insider for the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com explains:

"Taylor is obviously very busy with her tour schedule and her relationship with Calvin [Harris] to have much time with her friends... But once she heard about Selena being with Justin again, she just shook her head and was very disappointed." 

So it's definitely time for an intervention (of the heart)!

"With Calvin, Taylor knows that you can finally find the right guy and she wants that for Selena, the only problem is Selena never seems to listen to Taylor," the source continues. "They are definitely going to have another talk very soon because Taylor wants Selena as far away from Justin as possible."
