Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!

The New York Yankees take the field against the Seattle Mariners in Week 9 of the regular season on Monday, June 1 at 10:10 p.m. EST at Washington's Safeco Field. Yankees (12): "After going through their worst stretch of 2015, the Yankees recovered last week by sweeping the Royals at home and outscoring them 23-4. Sadly, they didn't build on that momentum when they traveled to Oakland to face one of the worst teams in baseball, dropping three of four games in that series. New York snags a steady 26-25 winning record.

Mariners (15): "A sweep of the Rays gave the Mariners a much-needed boost in the competitive, if not overwhelming, AL West. A tight series with the Indians has evened things up somewhat, however. Felix Hernandez remains brilliant, and Taijuan Walker had a good week, too. Only a few places behind, Seattle currently holds 24 wins and 26 losses.
