Pregnant Kim Kardashian Fire Scare: Pharrell Williams & Helen Saves Kanye's Wife

A pregnant Kim Kardashian reveals her gorgeous Proenza Schouler black dress, caught on fire at the CFDA after party and producer Pharrell Williams and his wife, Helen saved her from some serious burns.

She posted a red carpet photo with the famous couple and thanked them for their help, "Shout out to Pharrell & Helen who saved my life last night! LOL After the awards at dinner the feathers of my dress caught on fire from a candle & they jumped on me to get it out!"

Recently, the Keeping up with the Kardashians reality tar confirmed that she is expecting her second child with the "All Day" rapper. During Sunday's episode, Kim revealed the news to her sister, Khloe Kardashian, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"

The star told E! News, "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try," she continued. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"

Kim added, "But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens."

Stay away from the candles when wearing feathers, Kim!
