Kim Kardashian is officially pregnant with Kanye West's second child! But a growing baby bump won't hinder the Hollywood fashionista's fierce (and somewhat racy) style.

Just days after announcing such exciting pregnancy news, Kardashian stepped-out in New York City flaunting a very tight (and completely sheer) green summer dress. The rain plastered the skimpy frock to the 34-year-old starlet's curvaceous figure, making it obvious that Kardashian was wearing a bra with VERY litte support:

Thankfully, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" beauty was apparently rocking a more conservative pair of Spanx:

But at one point, Kardashian was not covered-up by that over-sized, Yeezy-esque jacket. That's when her minor nip-slip appeared most noticeable (view the viral images over at HollywoodLife.com).

Meanwhile, seedy rumors currently suggest that the brunette bombshell is actually FAKING her pregnancy! Kardashian was not amused. She later tweeted:

@KimKardashian: "Can't wait til my website is active! I'm gonna do live video streaming so every time someone talks sh*t I can go blast the f*ck outta them."

@KimKardashian: "Pregnant KiKi does not play!!!! *BLOOP!*"

Don't mess with a bay-toting Kardashian!

She then cleared-up some unconfirmed gossip concerning her growing family:

@KimKardashian: "Please! This is the type of stuff I will address. If I got a surrogate I would say I did! Thankfully I didn't have 2."

She ended with:
