'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Divorce Details: MTV Cameras Present, Leah Still In Rehab!

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has officially divorced Jeremy Calvert while in rehab for many of her issues. Now, we have more details on how the MTV star was able to get a divorce even though she is still at the Utah rehab facility.

According to Radar Online, the mother of three did not have to be present in court for there to be a dissolution of marriage.

"Jeremy attended the hearing, but Leah did not," a source told the gossip site.

Of course, MTV filmed the whole event for the hit reality show, but the judge in the case was not happy that they were there.

"An MTV crew was stationed outside the courthouse," the source said. "The judge was angry because he found it disruptive."

Unfortunately, the papers with the juicy marriage details were made private, however the public already knows what has already transpired in their drama filled relationship.

As MStars News reported, Leah cheated first with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd and when Jeremy found out he blasted it all over Twitter.

"That day, around noon, I asked her if she wanted to come over and talk," he told the In Touch Weekly, via The Ashley Reality Roundup. "Leah didn't hesitate. She came right over, and one thing led to another and we had sex. We wore protection. That was the one and only time."

"Afterward, she said, 'Oh, what did we do?'" he continued. "Whenever things are going bad in our lives, we reach out to each other, and this is what happens."

Jeremy then tried to hook up with single mom Brittany Musick, whom he met on Twitter. He even sent her nude photos of his penis which she told Leah about!

"Leah messaged me first on Twitter, and then began texting me to find out details of our relationship," Brittany told In Touch Weekly. "At first, she thought I was lying, because Jeremy told her that it wasn't him talking to - it was the guys at work."

"When I showed her the [naked] shot, Leah responded, 'Yes, ma'am ... that would be my husband,'" she continued. Then, "[Leah] told me that really hurt and she didn't know what to do."
