Adrienne Maloof on Brandi Glanville 'RHOBH' Fight: 'Attention Whore' Crossed the Line by Spreading Rumors about Innocent Children [VIDEO]

On a recent episode of Bravo's hit reality show the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Adrienne Maloof and Brandi Glanville got into a rather heated spat at a casual real estate event hosted by Kyle Richards' hubby Mauricio Umansky. Although Bravo wouldn't release any details on what the fight was actually about, rumors have it that Glanville was telling people that Maloof used a surrogate to have her three children (something which Maloof and ex-husband Paul Nassif deny). Apparently Maloof is angry and offended that Glanville would spread such shady comments concerning her three young children Gavin, Colin, and Christian. In a recent interview with People magazine, Maloof insists that Glanville (an attention whore) has definitely crossed the line by spreading rumors involving her innocent kids.

Maloof tells the popular gossip magazine, "She seems to be addicted to attention and keeping herself relevant, and I think that's her goal. Her antics have crossed the line for me... I keep my children out of the limelight and I don't speak about my children... It's something you don't even want to address. They deserve to have their privacy, and I am giving my children their privacy. As a mother I do what I can to protect my children and my family."

Perez Hilton also quotes Maloof as stating:

"From the very beginning of the show, I set parameters and made it clear that my children would not be in the storyline. It is my right, as a mother, to protect the innocence of my young children on my timetable. I am shocked that Brandi, as a mother, would do something so hurtful to gain attention and relevance at the expense of others."

According to People magazine, Glanville's comments may have centered on rumors surrounding Maloof and Nassif's recent divorce.

Following the "RHOBH" spat, Glanville wrote on her blog:

"I said something I shouldn't have said and I am sorry and I now regret it. I know, it's shocking right? My mouth gets me in a lot of trouble, but this time I've pissed off the wrong rich person. It is so frustrating when Adrienne or her people say something about me that isn't true or discuss me as a parent, I think she has met my kids one time."

Following the Dec. 10 episode, RumorFix asked Glanville about the alleged "surrogate" rumors to which the former wife of Eddie Cibrian responded, "I can't [talk about it]! Her [Adrienne's] lawyers made Bravo take it out and me not talk about it."
