It looks like it's a wrap on the Duggar family. Fans of 19 Kids and Counting were sad to hear earlier this month that TLC was canceling the series following reports that Josh Duggar had sexually abused five young girls. However, it was being reported that the network was looking at creating a spinoff series focusing on Jessa and Jill Duggar lives. Fans of the series were holding their breath hoping that the plans for the follow up show weren't just rumors, but today it appears that that is exactly what they were. The series might be on an indefinite hiatus, but it doesn't look like viewers will be getting to see any of the family members on the small screen anytime soon.

According to Radar Online, the future of the series might have been up in the air, but it doesn't seem like the two girls of the family are going to be getting a spinoff anytime soon.

"No real plan for any spinoff at this point," an insider explained to the site.

However, TLC might be rethinking their decision after they see the numbers that Jessa and Jill's interview on The Kelly Files got. According to International Business Times, the hour-long episode brought in 2.2 million viewers.

The site is also reporting that the two girls are responsible for the massive ratings that 19 Kids and Counting has received over the last year couple of years. Jill and Derick Dillard's wedding episode which aired in October raked in 4.4 million viewers, making it it the most watched episode in the 10-year history of the series. Jessa's wedding to Ben Seewald also pulled in some crazy numbers, giving the show 3.5 million viewers.
