The relationship between "That 70s Show" costars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher seems to be going well, despite the fact that the Hollywood stars were recent victims of an anti-Sematic rant and illegal "swatting" prank (respectively).  The infamous Ukrainian politician Igor Miroshnichenko targeted 29-year-old Kunis in an anti-Semitic rant on Facebook, where the lawmaker claims the actress isn't a true Ukrainian, but a "zhydovka" (a racial slur used against Jewish people roughly meaning "dirty Jewess"). Meanwhile, 34-year-old Kutcher (as well as pop star Justin Bieber) fell victim to a 911 prank call, where a 12-year-old boy was found guilty of falsely telling cops there was violent gun activity at the actor's L.A. home. Thankfully the Hollywood duo plans on ignoring all the drama by spending the holidays at Kutcher's family home in Iowa!

According to TMZ, the Simon Wiesenthal Center in L.A. (a global Jewish human rights organization that confronts anti-Semitism, hate, and terrorism) recently sent a letter to the Ukrainian prime minister, demanding that Miroshnichenko apologize to Kunis (a Ukrainian immigrant) for his disrespectful and racist Facebook post. The Center's representatives Rabbis Marvin Hier and Abraham Cooper insist that they are outraged by the politician's use of the slur "zhydovka," a derogative term that has been used against Jews since WWII. The slur is laced with anti-Semitic undertones, and according to the Director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky:

"The last time this term was used in any official way was during the Nazi occupation, when the Jews or 'Zhyds' of Kiev were ordered to convene in preparation for their mass murder at Babi Yar... The Justice Ministry and politicians should adjust their definitions and language according to what Ukrainian Jews consider offensive, and we find the word 'zhyd' to be just that... The temperature around this discussion is rising... [The Jewish community in Ukraine] is highly concerned [by how] anti-Semitic speech is becoming more prevalent in Ukraine, especially online."

The Simon Wiesenthal organization calls on the Prime Minister to "publically condemn this attack and to take measures to defeat the xenophobic forces that threaten your democracy" (view the entire letter here).

Meanwhile, Kutcher's "swatting" prankster has been identified... as a 12-year-old kid from California. "Swatting" is when a "911 abuser" attempts to trick law enforcement into dispatching units by calling in a serious crime, which only proves to be a false alarm in the end (the young boy did the same thing to Justin Bieber). In this case, the child recently called police and said that gun violence was taking place at Kutcher's L.A. home... that never actually happened.

According to authorities, the 12-year-old boy lives in an "incredibly dysfunctional" environment and spends more time at home on his computer talking online to other hackers than at school. An inside source for TMZ claims that Child Services has been called to the boy's home numerous times in the past - officials are now trying to place him in a stable foster care environment. Authorities hope that the child can be offered counseling instead of being punished - the Los Angeles County District Attorney has yet to make a final decision.

Despite all of this negativity, reports confirm that Kutcher has taken Kunis home to Iowa for Christmas - the duo were even spotted having a good time shopping at the local Coral Ridge Mall! Hopefully a relaxing holiday spent with family and friends out of the Hollywood limelight can help relieve all of the celebrity drama!
