'Chrisley Knows Best' Season 3 Recap: Episode 8: 'The Great Outdoors:' Todd & Julie Go Camping!

Season 3 of the popular reality show, Chrisley Knows Best continues on USA Network. In Episode 8, The Great Outdoors, will parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, along with daughter Savannah and son Chase, be able to stand being out in the woods and survive camping?

Grayson is in the house because he couldn't get into summer camp. Julie cannot deal with Grayson all over the house. To please Grayson and get him to calm down, Todd agrees to take him camping. 

After failing to get the perfect camper look, Julie has to help Todd pack for camping. She wants him to be positive and have fun with Grayson. Julie is so happy to have the house to herself as the others get into their new RV.  Unfortunately, Chase and Todd have no clue about how to run their RV.

Getting behind the wheel, Todd drives the RV so slow onto the street. Julie and Savannah are heading off together to their driving class. After being on the road, Todd finally arrive in the woods. As soon as they get out, Chase and Todd argue about how to charge up their RV.

Julie wants Savannah to pass the license test , but their class lasts 6 hours. Chase is having problems putting the tent together. Todd asks a couple of campers to hep him make a tent. Grayson likes camping more than going to the Ritz Carlton.

During the written test, Julie actually cheats off her daughter.  Grayson wants to go ut paddle-bating. Chase pushes them the boat the wrong way. To mess with Grayson, Todd and Chase tell him about the Friday the 13th movies and Jason Voorhees.

Scared from their horror stories, Grayson is freaked out about being in the water. Todd and Chase are actually enjoying themselves seeing Grayson frightened. During her road test, Savannah actually hits the cones every time; Julie does even worse. They both end up failing the test.

Chase and Todd don't know how to make a fire for Grayson.With the fire in the back, they try to make smores. Grayson is having a great tie and hugs Todd. They don't realize a snake is slithering around their leg. All three of them start screaming when they see the rubber snake.

In the morning, Todd is cooking sausages and shrimp on the grill. After their meal, they head out fishing, but nothing is biting. Todd is actually having fun camping with Chase and Grayson. Todd catches a fish at the end of the trip.

Grayson yells at Todd and Chase for telling him about Jason Voorhees. In the bedroom, Grayson talks about the camping trip and lies that there was no caffeine, nor chocolate. Julie and Savannah lie and say they passed their driving test,
