Rapper and comedian Katt Williams is in double trouble. He was arrested Dec. 28 morning for endangering his children, TMZ reported. Along with this the Internal Revenue System filed a $4 million tax lien against Williams.

He was arrested from his Woodland Hills, Los Angeles home on felony child endangerment after "an investigation from the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services concluded there were numerous guns and illegal drugs in the house that created a safety hazard for the kids," TMZ reported.

Different items were reportedly seized after his arrest. He is still in custody being held on a $100,000 bail. It was also reported that his four children have been placed under protective custody by the authorities.

Williams might be facing felony child endangerment charges and the case might go to D.A. next week, TMZ reported.

$4 million Tax Lien

Williams was slapped a $4 million tax lien by the IRS. The comedian failed to pay $3,200,908.92 for the year 2008 and $829,352.11 for the year 2009, totalling over $4 million. The tax lien was filed against him Dec. 18.

This comes within days after he was given citation by the police for violation of parking in front of Subway restaurant.

Lawsuits and arrests seem to follow everywhere he goes. He was also involved in a bar fight in Seattle Dec. 2, he was also kicked out of Courtyard Marriott  hotel Dec. 3, then in Oct. 17, he was held briefly for gun violation. 2012 has bee a bad year for the comedian and rapper. He will need a fresh start.

Williams had recently announced that he will be retiring from stand-up comedy, which might not be a good thing to do considering the back taxes he has to pay the U.S. government.
