Karrueche Tran Over Chris Brown? Shares Midnight Kiss with Songstress Teyana Taylor, Ex-Flame Celebrates New Year with Rihanna [PHOTOS]

Rumors have it that the controversial duo Chris Brown and Rihanna are officially back together... the Hollywood couple allegedly performed an intimate gig together at an African billionaire's private party to ring in the New Year on Monday evening (for approximately $10 million)! Meanwhile, Brown's ex-flame Karrueche Trans appears to be over her former R&B love... the 24-year-old model rang in 2013 partying with American songstress/actress Teyana Taylor. The two beauties even shared a sexy midnight kiss, which Tran shared with her fans all over Twitter/Instagram! Wonder if Brown (or RiRi) is jealous at all...

Ever since Rihanna and her on-and-off again "Don't Wake Me Up"' beau were spotted cozying up together at an LA Lakers vs. NY Knicks game on Christmas day, reports claim that the couple is definitely back together. Supposedly, Brown even recently removed a tattoo of Tran's name as a romantic gesture to prove his undying love for RiRi. While gossip had it that Tran was angry and jealous over Brown's rekindled romance with the "Diamonds" songstress, it looks like she's currently enjoying the single life. Tran spent New Year's Eve night partying with close pals... and ended up sharing a midnight kiss with another girl. Teyana Taylor, a 22-year-old rapper/actress/dancer signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. music label and the Island Def Jam Music Group, is also supposedly good friends with Brown:

And it looks like Tran had a fantastic time partying the rest of the night away:

Although things between Tran and Brown are officially over (for now), apparently the tattooed beauty won't let her newly single status bring her down in 2013!

Meanwhile, following their luxurious African gig on NYE, Rihanna and Chris Brown allegedly hopped on a jet headed to St. Barts so that they could celebrate the rest of the New Year with close family and friends on a private yacht in the Caribbean.

It looks like Rihanna is ready to try and work things out with Brown (yet again) - she recently tweeted:
