The news of the Supreme Court of the United States' – or as the kids are calling them, SCOTUS – ruling regarding gay marriage, in which it is now legalized in the country, comes at such an appropriate time as this week is Gay Pride Week. And today, June 28, 2015, marks the day of the famed NYC Gay Pride Parade. The hashtag #NYCPride2015 is spreading fiercely throughout both Twitter and Instagram as not only a day of celebration comes forth, but also one of victory.

With this, photos and videos have been popping up online all morning showcasing the immense party occurring today in New York City. Therefore, why don't we take a look at some of the best Instagram photos from the day's festivities... so far, of course.

After all, it is still rather early. And given the recent ruling, we can't see the party ending anytime soon.
