LuAnn De Lesseps and Heather Thomson's 'RHONY' Friendship Over!

This is one feud that we definitely did not see coming. While The Real Housewives of New York City is filled with drama and fights between castmates, it is their bonds and funny moments together that keep us watching and entertained. One pair's friendship that has survived a lot of the drama over the last two and a half seasons has been Heather Thomson and LuAnn De Lesseps'. However, it looks like the girls' fondness for one another might be so last season, as it is being reported that the gal pals are very much hitting some rocky territory.

According to Radar Online, it seems that LuAnn and Heather aren't on the best of terms, as their friendship is starting to falter.

"Let's just say our friendship is declining," De Lesseps told the news site. "The escalator is not going up, it's going down."

While there might be a lot of factors behind the girls falling out, one of them happens to be how Heather interacts with Bethenny Frankel.

"When you approach somebody and you see they don't really want to have you [in their] business, you kind of back away, but that's not her strategy," the Countess explained. "She just keeps on pushing."

Heather also told her side of the story to The Inquistr, saying that LuAnn was the one that ultimately gave up on the friendship.

"We're not friends. I was sad about it, now I'm just over it," the star explained. "That was LuAnn's choice. She chose the show over our friendship. She, for relevance on the show, continued this fight with me that wasn't a fight."

Thomson says that this onscreen change in LuAnn has been the nail in the coffin on their friendship, as she revealed that she doesn't know the "new" LuAnn.

"I don't even know where LuAnn is anymore," Heather tells the site. "The girl I fell in love with and I thought was my friend, her name is Lu. I don't know this Countess and I don't really like her so much."
