The July 1, 2015 edition of NXT will air on the WWE Network at 8 p.m. Eastern, and this will serve as the final show before the company's blockbuster live special in Tokyo, Japan on July 4 in which Kevin Owens will defend the NXT Championship against Finn Balor.

The show will air on the WWE Network, but if you can't watch there, then you can try here or here, both of which broadcast free live streams of the show (this may require downloading a torrent).

If you haven't seen the latest rumored match card, here it is:

Kevin Owens vs. Finn Balor for the NXT Championship
Kofi Kingston vs. Brock Lesnar
Neville vs. Chris Jericho
John Cena and Dolph Ziggler vs. King Barrett and Kane
Paige vs. Naomi vs. Nikki Bella for the Divas Championship
Cesaro vs. Diego
The Lucha Dragons vs. The New Day

You'll note that WWE has done nothing to promote many of these matches, including Lesnar's appearance fighting...Kofi Kingston? This will likely be just an excellent house show, with the exception of the NXT Championship match, which should have implications for the developmental brand going forward.

Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe battled recently, and the two men continue to feud even as Owens prepares to fight Balor and continues his amazing budding rivalry with John Cena up on the main roster. Will Joe be a factor in the match on Saturday? Will he tussle with Owens again tonight? Or will Balor and Owens clash before their official match on the Fourth of July?

It's an interesting situation, too, because Balor might actually have a shot at the title this time. He took Owens to the limit in their first match but came up just short against the monstrous powerbomb machine. This time around, Owens is occupied with other enemies. If he is going to stay on the main roster, could it be time for him to drop the NXT belt?

We've also been getting some amazing video packages about Finn Balor in the past weeks, so another one of those tonight to hype Saturday's match wouldn't hurt.

Hideo Itami returned last week, only for Owens to interrupt him. Will the Japanese sensation appear again tonight to promote the special on Saturday? Will he actually appear in his home nation this weekend?

Enzo Amore and Big Cass are kind of floating in limbo right now, but it seems like the charismatic tag team deserves another shot at Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy's NXT Tag Team Championships. Any chance the four men interact in some way tonight?

Eva Marie has also been training and pushing for a chance to shine with General Manager William Regal. Will she get that chance tonight?

As always, check back with MStars immediately after the show for a full recap of all the action. But for now, let us know your thoughts, opinions, guesses, and predictions for tonight's show in the comments section.
