USA's 'Mr. Robot' Recap: Episode 2:Christian Slater, Rami Malek's Eps1.1Ones-and-zer0es.mpeg

The highly anticipated hacker drama, Mr. Robot. continues on USA Network, In Episode 2, Eps1.1ones-and-zer0es.mpeg, will Elliot (Rami Malek) and Angela Moss (Portia Doubleday) suddenly find their livers spiraling out of control now that he has been recruited by anarchist Mr. Robot (Christian Slater)?

Elliot is surrounded by the his enemies, who are led by Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström). He wants to offer Elliot a job at Evil Corp and promises to make him a multi-millionaire. Elliot asks if he can at least think about it.

Tyrell wants Elliot to work with him, but he is unable to be persuasive. Tyrell stands by the window as Elliot leaves the room and is dropped off in the street. The men in black are always close by if Elliot ever needs to reach him. 

Elliot tries to protect his drug dealer, Shayla (Frances Shaw), from her boyfriend. She gives him a different dose because she ran out of his usual. Elliot tries to hack into Tyrell's account and wonders if it was so easy on purpose. After destroying his computer, Elliot looks at a picture of his childhood and takes another dose.

After taking his dog for a walk, Ellliot takes another does before walking into work. While everyone at work is watching the news, Elliot is given a raise for saving his cybersecurity firm. Gideon (Michel Gill) then shows F-Society's video, which promises to leak corporate secrets at Evil Corp. F-Society has a list of demands, which includes freeing Terry Colby, and promises to kill Evil Corp. 

Angela's boyfriend, Ollie (Ben Rappaport), invites Elliot for a double date. After ditching the couple, Elliot finds Darlene (Carly Chaikin) taking a shower in his apartment room. Darlene talks nonstop as she takes him back to her Coney Island hideout. At their lair, Elliot is given a run of applause by the other hackers. 

Mr. Robot wants Elliot to focus on the next step of plans. Through "steel mountain," they're going to blow up Evil Corp's data plant, but Elliot is worried people will die due to the gas pipeline. Mr. Robot asks Elliot if he is a one or zero; either you do something or you don't.

Mr. Robot realizes that this is about Elliot's revenge for his father's death. Elliot leaves but wonders if he can find a solution. Elliot walks into Shayla's room and finds her boyfriend sitting on the couch. Elliot knows everything about Shayla's boyfriend, Fernando, because he hacked into him. 

After hearing him ramble, Fernando wants Elliot to respect his boundary with his girl. It's a smart time to be scared. Elliot picks the lock to the bathroom and finds Shayla unconscious in the bubble bath. Elliot discovers Fernando has been forcing himself on her; she needs the money.

Elliot realizes whatever choice he makes; it screws him over, but Fernando cannot be allowed to exist. Elliot meets with his therapist, Krista (Gloria Reuben), as the police place the cuffs on Fernando. Krista knows Elliot has been falling back into old patterns, but he won't let her in. 

While Angela realizes something is up with Elliot, Oliie is cheating on her. Another mysterious hacker made his way into Angela's webcam on her computer. Back at Coney Island, Mr. Robot wants Elliot to do something before he can let him back.

Elliot reveals how his father was fired; his leukemia was kept secret. As a boy, his father pushed him out a window and the fall broke his arm. Mr. Robot puts his hand on Elliot but he doesn't reject him. Mr. Robot then pushes him off the railing and walks away.
