19 Kids and Counting star, Josh Duggar, has been at the center of a media storm since it was revealed that he sexually abused five girls when he was younger, two of which were his sisters, Jessa Seewald Duggar and Jill Dillard Duggar. The strict Christian family has rules in place that prohibit the children from engaging in any physical intimacy before marriage, including kissing and sex. When it was revealed o the family that Josh had been physically inappropriate with five girls, the TLC family took matters into their own hands and Josh was sent to counseling to get help.

However, according to Radar Online, the techniques that were used during the therapy sessions were pretty bizarre. Josh repented for his sins at the Little Rock Training Center in his home state of Arkansas.

The site explained that Josh was part of the program for four months back in 2003, where he was to learn how to build his character.

The institute says it "strengthens individuals and families through sound Biblical teachings and character development opportunities and to demonstrate Christ's love through serving."

The Inquistr reported that part of Josh's repentance was to use carpentry to cure his sexual abuse urges.

The facility has come under a lot of criticism from local Child Protective Services and others claiming that it was "appalling" and a "shadow world, where these kids almost disappear."

People is also reporting that through "lessons" the children are taught, what damages could come from such a scandal as inappropriately touching a sibling.
