'The Flash' Season 2 Spoilers: Danielle Panabaker, Grant Gustin, Canidce Patton At 2015 SDCC!

With the first season cliffhanger leaving audiences hanging, the CW network already has plans for Season 2 of The Flash. During their 2015 San Diego Comic Con panel, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Iris West (Candice Patton), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) , and Joe West (Jesse L. Martin)' dish on the upcoming sophomore season.

In our first season recap, Barry Allen as he awake from his coma, after being struck by lightning. Given super-speed powers, Barry belonged to small group of friends, Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), and Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), who know his secret identity. They worked together against super villains, including Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), and teaming with the Arrow (Stephen Amell). But they never realized their true enemy was lurking within them, the Reverse-Flash (Tom Cavanagh).

According to TV Line, the SDCC panel announced Zoom aka Professor Zoom, will play the Big Bad for the CW's second season. The wormhole that appeared in Central City will bring in more metahumans, and "characters from Earth 2."

Executive producer Greg Berlanti mentions the premiere will, "a few months later. We deal with the fallout of the cataclysm that happened at the end of the year,"

Gustin adds, "We find Barry dealing with some extra tension. He knows that Eddie was ultimately the hero that stopped Wells in the finale and saved everybody. We find him struggling with his role as a hero. He's a lone wolf, working alone."

Known as the superhero Vibe, after his last conversation with his former mentor, Valdes describes Cisco is dealing "with that change and what Eobard Thawne told him" and if the changes inside him are actually true.
