'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Drug Use Confirmed by MTV Costar Jenelle Evans?

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has been keeping a low profile ever since she left rehab for personal issues. While the MTV star has consistently denied she went to get help for a drug addiction, her costar Jenelle Evans seemingly hinted recently that Leah's pill popping might have been to blame for her downward spiral.

In an interview with Perez Hilton, Jenelle discussed her regret for Leah not being with her castmates at the MTV press day for Teen Mom 2. The mother of two then seemed to hint about what Leah is going through.

"I can definitely relate because I went through an issue she went through," Jenelle told the gossip site. "I really wish she would reach out to us more, just so we could talk. We're not going to jump down her throat. We don't bite, she knows that."

While the controversial North Carolina native didn't specifically say what issue they have in common, the only two common issues discussed publically that we are currently aware of are drug abuse and divorce.

"I think she wants to keep as much privacy as she can because everything has blown up right now and she doesn't want any attention onto her, which is understandable," Jenelle said, speaking from experience.

As MStars News reported, before Leah went to rehab her mother Dawn Spears took to the reality star's Facebook page to deny drugs had anything to do with her daughter's problems.

"TRUE FANS listen up. Leah is NOT going to rehab lol. This is Momma Dawn and I 100% ASSURE you that Leah is NOT going to a DRUG REHAB," she wrote. "Lots of LOVE to the true fans. all will come out on the upcoming show about Leah Dawn Calvert, [Leah's second ex-husband] Jeremy, [Leah's first ex-husband] Corey, [Corey's wife] Miranda, and the babies. But rest assure I HATE drugs don't want association with them and wouldn't NEVER Condone them."
