Chris Brown continues showing-off his new luxurious home on Instagram. But apparently the 25-year-old hip-hop superstar wants a nice housewarming from Rihanna, NOT Karrueche Tran!

According to the popular gossip webloid TMZ, Breezy just dropped a whopping $4.5 million on the wild San Fernando Valley bachelor pad. The space is very impressive:

Sort of resembles the infamous #BadGal, especially with that funky hairdo. Rumors sugges that the former couple remains close, but does Brown actually hope to reignite another romance with the "B*tch Better Have My Money" beauty?

Well, he definitely wants her approval at least. She even helped him decorate!

"RiRi and Chris are good friends and that is what good friends do they give each other good advice... She always gives him great advice so it wasn't surprising when she gave him a few [tips] based off her own experience buying properties," an alleged source tells Urban Islandz. "He has already invited her over to come and check out his new home but she hasn't accepted his invite at least not yet.
