A Fake Proposal? Scrappy Dashes Hopes of Marriage to Longtime Girlfriend, Bambi

Apparently, Ernest and Momma Dee's engagement and wedding is having some influence on Scrappy and Bambi's relationship. In the clip below, for a new scene of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Scrappy surprises his longtime girlfriend with a box, but is it an engagement ring?

"I don't know if mom dukes, and Ernest need to be getting married and stuff right now... but that whole engagement got me looking at the Bam like aye," the rapper admitted.

When he confronts Bambi in their kitchen Scrappy confesses, "I really, really love you. I know it took a minute but you got to see what people are offering," he says as Bambi wonders if she was put to a test to see how much these two could handle in their relationship.

"So I had to do a test," she asked her man while hoping that they can seal the deal on their love.

At one time, Scrappy had everyone on their heels when we thought he was going to propose to Bambi following his engagement to his baby mama, Erica Dixon last season. Turns out it was just a promise ring.

"Bam been rocking this promise ring for a long time," Scrappy said. "That shows respect and gratefulness...so I'm looking like we need to step it on up," the reality star believes.

While talking about the possibility of a wedding ring, Scrappy moves a questionable box towards his girl, and says he's giving her something to remember him by.

"This better not be no remix to the love, friendship, promise ring," Bambi warns Scrappy. "If this fool is about to propose right now, I might just pass out and die," she says.

While opening the box, Bambi starts laughing as it appears to be a key, not a huge diamond engagement ring. Scrappy says, "It's a key to the house."

Oh, and we thought it was a key to a new car, or a key to a clue possibly leading Bambi to her ring. Scrappy says, "I ain't fixing to get married and all that. I know what y'all thinking, I don't think I'm mentally ready," he admitted. "Giving Bam a key to my house, is like a key to my heart."

If you think Bam was excited, think again.  She was actually having second thoughts about having a key to house because of Scrappy's baby mama drama with Erica.

"We're gonna have to do something about that because you're giving me access to be apart of your child's life and with the situation you got going on with her mom it's always a lot of conflict between me and you."

Erica and Scrappy share one child together, a daughter named Emani Richardson. The former lovers have been duking it out in child support court following their breakup.
