Tami Roman isn't going to let her pregnancy slow her down from still remaining on top of her reality star career! In a new interview with MStars News reporter, Star Connor, the reality star talked about her relationship with longtime boyfriend, Reggie Youngblood, the reality shows she stars in including, Basketball Wives, Basketball Wives: LA, Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, and Celebrity Wife Swap.

In her 40s, Roman took social media by storm and shocked everyone when she recently announced that she was expecting her third child with Reggie. Roman already has two daughters, Lyric Anderson and Jazz Anderson, with her ex-husband, former NBA player, Kenny Anderson. Now she will be granting Reggie's wish in birthing his first child.

Tami and Reggie's relationship seems to be a huge deal because of their 17-year age difference, which puts them at different chapters in their lives. Tami has been married, divorced and raised children to adulthood while Reggie wants to eventually get married, and have a family of his own. This led them to be a part of season 3 of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.

If you are a fan of MTV, then you probably remember when Tami got her start in reality television on the hit show, The Real World: Los Angeles, back in 1993.

Now Tami's life is about to change all over again as she continues to be a part of reality TV and hopefully get through her pregnancy without any issues.

Star: A new season of Basketball Wives has started, what can we expect this time around?

Tami: "Much is the same except now, Shaunie [O'Neal], and I are involved. You're going to see our interaction and the Miami cast was very different from the LA cast to began with, so when you inject two members from that cast into this particular scenario, you're going to get the drama and the excitement of mixing those two groups up."

Star: Let's get on to Marriage Boot Camp. With a baby now on the way, why was age a big issue in your relationship with Reggie on the show?

Tami: "Because initially going into Marriage Boot Camp, which most people don't know was taped some time ago, that was our biggest issue and me feeling that I was being honest with myself and being able to be in a relationship with someone who was 17 years younger."

She explained, "There were so many moments that I had already experienced in life and he has not. I've been married, I have two daughters already. He's never been married, he has no children....and so at the time it was our biggest issue. Then going through the process you learn to communicate with your partner, how to compromise in relationships and so in order to be with someone that you love and they haven't gone through certain moments it was my responsibility to compromise."

Star: How was your experience on the show? Did they help you guys out?

Tami: "Yes. When we went through the process it was very difficult, I thought it would be easy but the way their program is designed, they call it Marriage Boot Camp, but it's really like self help boot camp because they dig into each person's past...their lives, their experiences, their upbringings to find out what makes you, you. Because all those past experiences you bring into relationships and how you deal with others."

Star: You recently announced that you were pregnant. How does it feel to be granting your man's wish of having a baby?

Tami: "Well you know, I'm not going to speak too much on it because initially when I made the announcement, it was because I was excited. Being 45 and all of that stuff the statics are against me and then here I am, able to get pregnant. So I was excited and I did make that announcement. But because of the response to it Reggie and I have decided to kind of just keep that personal and keep that to ourselves."

Star: With all the [baby] news and everything going on like that, do you think you will give up reality television?

Tami: "I will give up reality TV when I feel like there's nothing left for me to give. The reason that I do the shows that I do is because I always feel like there's of value from me to offer. With Basketball Wives: Miami, I was going off of a hardship, just letting people know that everything isn't always giltz and glamour because you've been married to a basketball player. With Wife Swap I wanted to experience trading lives with someone and see if there was something that I could offer her family and she could offer mine -- and that was a great experience. With Marriage Boot Camp, I think there are a lot of women who deal with younger men or want to and don't really know how to approach it or if that's a realistic desire for them and seeing me and Reggie go through our relationship could help them."

Star: With Marriage Boot Camp out of the way, do you believe you and Reggie will tie the knot one day?

Tami: "We're crossing one bridge at a time. If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't, it doesn't. I'm fine either way. We're committed to each other. We don't need a paper to solidify our union."
