Justin Bieber Sued by Bodyguard for Unpaid Wages: Moshe Benabou 'Punched, Verbally Abused' by Singer and Posse, Then Fired

Following his split from Selena Gomez and alleged "smoking weed" photos going viral on the web, pop star Justin Bieber finds himself in some hot water again. According to reports, the Biebs' former bodyguard (Moshe Benabou) is currently suing the "Boyfriend" crooner for a whopping $421,261 in unpaid wages and unspecified damages. According to Benabou, the duo got into a verbal dispute backstage at a concert back in October, which resulted in Bieber "repeatedly punching" Benabou and firing him on the spot.

According to the court document recently filed by Benabou in L.A.:

"Justin Bieber, egged on by a small group of his 'companions,' launched an abusive tirade against Moshe Benabou. The tirade was apparently triggered by what Justin Bieber perceived as an attempt by Moshe Benabou to keep one member of Mr. Bieber's entourage physically away from Justin Bieber. As part of his tirade, Justin Bieber repeatedly punched [the plaintiff] in the chest and upper body area."

The suit claims that the Biebs then got right up in Benabou's face and exclaimed "You are fired!" before storming away. Benabou insists that he did not attempt to protect himself or retaliate in any way. The dispute took place on October 12, 2012 backstage before a performance.

Now, Benabou is searching for $421,261 in unpaid wages, unspecified damages, and court costs. The former bodyguard claims that he's actually owed somewhere around $396,391 in damages - not only did he work over 12 hours a day, seven days a week to protect the "As Long as You Love Me" star without getting paid, but he was allegedly never reimbursed for vacation wages and wages owed immediately after his employment termination.

No word yet from the Biebs or his crew on the lawsuit.
