Ciara sung her heart out when she sang the National Anthem at the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday night, but it appears that everyone didn't appreciate her vocal skills. While some fans were enjoying her performance, others took to Twitter to slam Russell Wilson's lady, claiming that she needed to remain mute.

Of course, in spite of all the harsh comments the singer received in social media, there were those that liked the sound of her music.

Pirates player, Mark Melancon took a snapshot with the singer, and wrote: "I'd say @ciara hit the National Anthem out of the park! #ASG"

The 86th Major League Baseball All-Star Game took place at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio where the AL All-Stars defeated the NL All-Stars 6-3.

It appears that Ciara didn't let the Internet critics get to her. In the photo below, the singer was all smiles following her performance.

She also had the support from her man Russell, who tweeted before her huge performance, "I can't wait to watch my girl @Ciara perform the National Anthem at the @MLB All-Star Game tomorrow night!!"

Perhaps when you are constantly in the spotlight, that's all you need, the support from your loved one no matter what the world may think! Although we can't help but wonder what her ex, and baby daddy Future, thinks of her performance since he previously gave a negative opinion on the sound of her music. Take a look at the performance from Tuesday night and MStars News wants to know, do you think Ciara was a hit or miss with the "Star Spangled Banner?"
