The Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with an all-new episode. In Episode 5, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) go "Toe to Toe" from the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and take on Travis Tanner (Eric Close)?

After taking a shower, Harvey sees Donna lying in his bed and then finds Tanner is the same bed with her. After discussing what happened in the sex dream, he explains to his therapist Dr. Paula Agard (Christina Cole) what's going on with case with Tanner. Mike and Harvey are joking around before their case is dropped on their desk.

Mike is worried about Harvey going up against tanner, especially after his panic attack. For helping hims with Ester, Donna is given a gift by Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman). Meeting with Jessica (Gina Torres), Louis needs to make things right by her. He needs to reverse the compensation salary that ruined Harvey and usurped Jessica's power.

Tanner meets Gretchen (Aloma Wright) in the hallway and argues with her before she takes him to the conference room. While Louis comes up with a plan, Travis bickers back and forth with Harvey and Mike, who don't want to settle. Tanner tells them he's not the same guy he used to be; he will hit back.

Dr. Paula Agard wants to know why Harvey wanted to pick a fight with a man waving a white flag. Rachel (Meghan Markle) is nowhere near finding the right person Louis needs to upset Jack Soloff (John Pyper Ferguson). Travis blindsided Harvey and Mike in court, making an embarrassment of them both.

Dr. Paula Agard realizes Harvey is getting angry because he doesn't want to blame himself for something. After getting chewed out by their client, Harvey and Mike want to get Tanner fired. Louis has a sneaky plan to get back at Jack, but Rachel doesn't agree with him.

Louis then meets with his potential client with a check, which is just a ploy for Jack to see. Mike meets with Tanner's client, warning her about faking sexual harassment. The lawsuit turns out it wasn't Travis' idea; it was actually hers.

After talking to Rachel, Louis tells Jessica he has Jack right where he wants him. Mike tells Harvey to reconsider taking Jack's deal. Harvey wants to point a canon at Travis with his motion. Unfortunately, Jack backstabs Harvey at the meeting and gets the votes for his proposal.

Mike argues with Harvey before Travis shows up. After mentioning Donna and his mother, Harvey throws a punch at Tanner. Mike breaks up the fight and separates them.

Dr. Paula Agard argues with Harvey about second chances and starts playing poker with him. Mike reveals to Rachel about Harvey's panic attack and his punch towards Tanner. Jessica finds out from Donna that Louis' plan backfired.

After Harvey beats Dr. Paula Agard at poker, he wants her to reveal the worst mistake as a therapist. Dr. Paula Agard admits she killed someone; a patient needed to get his son out of prison to visit his mother's funeral. The night of the funeral he committed suicide.

Mike and Tanner meet; he got tired of playing the goon. Mike tells Tanner he needs to prove he is a changed man. Donna meets with Louis, telling him there's a way to get Jessica's trust. Louis meets with Jessica, admits he left Harvey's salary records on the copy machine.

Jessica doesn't know how to punish Louis, but he has to get rid of Jack Soloff. Jessica meets with Jack, tells him to follow the rules, or she fires them both. Jack backs down and walks away.

Mike and Harvey argue; he's acting like the bad guy. Tanner has removed himself from the case.

Harvey admits it was Donna in his dream, Dr. Paula Agard points out the unresolved issue is about his mother. Unfortunately, as soon as he hears his mother, Harvey breaks up with his therapist.
