They're also hoping to keep everyone (mainly Mark Teixeira, Alex Rodriguez and Masahiro Tanaka) as healthy as possible so they can win the AL East and end their two-year playoff drought." With that, New York holds a steady 51-41 winning record and remains 1st in the American League Eastern Division. The Yanks can sweep the series with a Game 3 win, after snagging victories in Game 1 (3-2) and Game 2 (4-3).
