Despite their past bitter relationship, Jenelle's mother, Barbara, was also there to witness her daughter walk across the stage to get her diploma.

MStars News previously reported that their disagreements has resulted in all-out war between the two. Barbara currently has custody of Jace but Jenelle is seeking to regain custody of her oldest son.

Evans received her degree in the medical assisting program at the South Carolina college. Fans of the MTV show who have witnessed the up and down journey of this once trouble young lady are hopefully following her with this latest high in her life.

She has come a long way from when MStars News had to report on bad times such as Jenelle's run-ins with the law but through it all she still managed to complete her education!

She seemed to speak to other teens who might have experienced troubles when she tweeted, "Sexy and successful! If i have been through all I did today and still can go back to school," her encouraging message continued, "and graduate... SO CAN U! I did it !!!!!"
