WWE Rumors: John Cena Injury, Daniel Bryan Return

The latest round of WWE rumors and spoilers deals with John Cena's injury, Daniel Bryan's return, the Hulk Hogan situation, and more. So without further ado, let's get to it.

Seth Rollins broke Cena's nose during their match on Monday Night Raw this week, as evidenced by the gruesome sight of his nose at the end of the show and the blood pouring out of it. The 15-time champion finished the match, but the damage had been done.

WWE has remained quiet as far as an official word on Cena's status, but rumors surfaced Thursday that the company had pulled him from all house shows this weekend, along with next week's episode of Monday Night Raw. On Friday, reports emerged that WWE had removed Cena from the Australian tour from August 6 to August 8, as well as the August 10 episode of Raw. Cena's next advertised appearance is the August 17 episode of Raw in Minneapolis.

It seemed that Cena was on a collision course with Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, but now those plans appear to be up in the air depending on Cena's health.

WWE has removed Hulk Hogan from the Hall of Fame on its website, but it is not clear at this point if the company is actually planning on officially removing him from the Hall of Fame. Current reports state that no one plans to comment on it either way, but the understanding is that he is out altogether.

As for Daniel Bryan, reports say that WWE has no plans for him to return to active wrestling, but the company does intend to keep him active with several other projects.
