Lil Wayne Baby Mama Drama, Karrine Steffans Pregnancy Scare? Christina Milian Instagram Shade

Apparently, former hip-hop video vixen Karrine "Superhead" Steffans is pregnant - with rapper Lil Wayne's child. Wonder how Weezy's current girlfriend Christina Milian must feel about that? Steffans still seems to crave ample cyber attention, and she worried several fans with this recent Instagram update. And of course, she mentions the nonstop "baby mama" drama involving Tunechi:

karrineandco: "Technically, my doctor-prescribed bedrest ended Friday, but I've found it difficult to stay on my feet for more than a few minutes at a time; yet, every day gets better. Thank you for the many well wishes for a speedy recovery from this bout with severe chronic anemia, which seems to have mostly passed. Three weeks in bed sets back stamina and weakens muscles so, my goal is to get into the gym today for a brief walk. Wish me luck! Other than that, let me say this: I don't believe in announcing personal details of my life the moment they happen, if ever. All of my public social media accounts are built for branding and not for personal socializing; I have private accounts for that where my only followers are friends and family. Those are the only people privileged to most of the details of my private life, but even they don't know everything! Certain times in a woman's life, no matter how joyful, are not for public consumption. I don't believe in announcing the on-start of relationships, marriages, pregnancies or even births and deaths. I have never discussed the actual, 100% factual details of my relationship or what happens between us and our family. I have learned that keeping private affairs private is not an act of shame but of shelter. There are people in the world who will pray for your unhappiness and the less they know, the better. The moment you fall in love is the moment they take bets on when you'll fall out, and the day you get married is the day they begin debating when you'll divorce. Most people you've never met (and some you have) really don't wish you well, so why let them into your life? I give the public what they deserve and none of that includes the private me. In saying that, let me assure you that no matter my physical condition, @liltunechi has nothing to do with it, nor has he been a significant part of my life for well over a year. Though I will always wish my friend love and happiness, my life does not revolve around him, but rather my husband and our family. It would be in everyone's best interest to move on, as I have. Thankfully, Steffans is almost fully recovered. But she still wants everyone to know that Wayne is apparently NOT the father:

karrineandco: "I don't read gossip blogs. I read books and respected periodicals, as well as anything that helps me make money and perfect any one of my crafts. But, I can tell by my Instagram that someone, somewhere has said something untrue again. No worries. When I sit down with @vladtv again this week, we'll hash it all out. In the meantime, you'd be better off realizing the Nigga News Network is not the Associated Press, man." 

But is she simply trying to garner even more online attention and promo?
