NBC teases one of the new super-powered characters that will apear in the highly anticipated Heroes Reborn. From freator Tim Kring (DIG), will Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman), and Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) be able to save themselves from the mysterious Harris (Cle Bennet)?

As we perviously mentioned, NBC canceled Heroes back in 2010. Whether by popular demand or the fact audiences just love nostalgia, the former superhero drama will return to the small screen. The NBC network announced a 13-episode miniseries entitled Heroes Reborn. and released a Super Bowl teaser trailer for the returning series.

We also mentioned, during the recent San Diego Comic-Con, Kring described how the first season started, "In the first series, when you discovered you had a power, it was this mystical, 'What's happening to me?' thing. Now, if you wake up with a power, it would be a very, very bad thing. It takes the idea of the show and cranks it up a little bit."

Kring adds, "The universe that we're building around the show does all that. We do unpack what happened in the previous years. By the time you watch the finale, you'll have a big chunk of that answered for you."

When the series picks up, Bennet (Coleman) is to live a "nice, suburban life," when his dreams of normalcy are suddenly squashed by unexpected forces.

According to TV Line, "You already know that Rookie Blue/Lost Girl actor Clé Bennett has joined the NBC revival in a recurring role. But what I'm fairly certain you don't know is that his character Harris Prime's special power involves a certain C-word that is way less filthy than this tease suggests."

In an interview with Comic Book Resources' Spinoff Online, Oka reveals what has happened to Hiro, "Five years have passed, so Hiro has matured in some sense. We're not going to see him as future Hiro because he's not going to be as hardened as future Hiro, but he is going to be more mature. He's a mix between the original innocent Hiro and the future Hiro. That future Hiro was in an alternate universe and he also had a goatee."

Heroes Reborn will premiere on NBC Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST starting September 24.
