Chris Brown and Frank Ocean Fight at L.A. Studio: Heated Brawl over 'Parking Spot' Results in Police Intervention, Injuries

Reports confirm that a heated brawl broke out between R&B crooners Chris Brown and Frank Ocean at L.A.'s Westlake Studio Sunday evening (Jan. 27), resulting in police intervention and minor injuries. According to TMZ, when Brown attempted to leave the recording studio he was approached by Ocean's crew and told "this wasn't his turf." The strained interaction then turned violent as a fight erupted between both musicians' entourages.

Several sources close to Brown insist that Ocean's people caused the brute interaction. Apparently Rihanna's on-and-off again beau had been working at the studio with one of his artists... but when he attempted to leave, Ocean's crew blocked his exit. Ocean allegedly got up in Brown's face and said, "This is my studio, this is my parking spot."

Brown tried to keep things civil and went to shake Ocean's hand... and that's when one of the "Channel Orange" star's pals "attacked" Brown. In response, one of Brown's friends went to hit the attacker, and a full-out brawl commenced. At one point Ocean confronted Brown and was quickly pushed away, which resulted in a scuffle between the two. A total of six people were involved in the brawl.

According to TMZ, Police were promptly called to the scene but Brown was gone by the time officers arrived. Ocean stayed to speak with law enforcement, but as of now no arrests have been made and no one wants to press charges.

Police will continue to investigate - Ocean is currently referred to as the "victim" since officers have yet to speak to Brown. Ocean insists that the fight started over a parking space, and that's when Brown punched him.

Following the altercation, Ocean tweeted:

@frank_ocean: "Got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest was there... cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."

This isn't the first time Brown has "gotten into it" with Ocean... the duo were involved in several Twitter feuds in the past.
