Steve-O is one of the most famous Jackass stars around, known for pulling off some horrifyingly shocking (and tres disturbing) stunts both on and off the show. But a recent stunt aimed against SeaWorld, which he teased in an Instagram photo the day prior, wasn't too amusing to some people – because it resulted in the star getting arrested.

GossipCop reports that Steve-O has been anti-SeaWorld for quite some time. Before his stunt, the star teased what he had planned on Instagram, calling it a "dangerous stunt."

Sure, if you call climbing a 100-foot crane and blowing off some fireworks "dangerous."

Oh wait... yeah.

He wrote, "This is Shammy. We're gonna do a big dangerous stunt tomorrow in Los Angeles that will probably get me in a lot of trouble, and you can watch it happen at 7pm PST via a live stream on my Facebook page. #SeaYouAt7pmTomorrow #yeahdude."

Obviously he was right. Check out the photo on Steve-O's Instagram page:

The report notes that Steve-O went to a Sunset Blvd. construction site, climbed a "100-foot construction crane," inflated a whale float and lit off some fireworks. Oh, and on the whale "SeaWorld Sucks" was written.

As he mentioned, the stunt was live streamed via Steve-O's official Facebook page.

It's stunt time.

Over 80 firemen showed up because of what went down. A helicopter and five ambulances were also called to the scene. When the police arrived, Steve-O gleefully exclaimed, "We definitely have their attention."

He is expected to be charged with "trespassing, setting off explosives without a permit, filming without a permit, and conspiracy to commit a crime," per the report.
