Teresa Giudice Says Husband Joe can "Enjoy Himself" While She's Behind Bars

Teresa Giudice only has about five months left to serve in her prison term and is wanting her man, Joe Giudice to live it up while she's behind bars. According to People, Teresa claims that her man has the "Okay" to spend time with his friends before her release date.

"Teresa does want him to go out and take a break and enjoy himself once in a while because this is a difficult time for him," a source explained to People Magazine. "He has a lot on his plate now."

However, that doesn't mean that Joe can go out and have some fun with other women! There have been rumors that Joe stepped outside of his marriage before his wife went to prison and during her stay at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn.

"She thinks these stories [about him seeing other women] are ridiculous, and so does Joe. He is out with friends, who bring other people along. He tells her everything, calls her all the time and emails her all day long, so she always knows what he is up to,"  a source defending the family said according to EnStarz.

"He is a grown man, and he does go out of the house and attends functions and goes to dinner with his friends," the source further explained.

"If Joe literally stands next to someone, people immediately assume he is 'with' that person. He was photographed with one woman at an event whose fiancé was standing right behind them. People don't have all the facts."

Joe is set to serve a 41-month prison sentence for fraud after his wife Teresa is released in December.

Joe and Teresa are the parents of four daughters, Gia Giudice, Audriana Giudice, Milania Giudice and Gabriella Giudice.
