Giovanna Plowman, 'Bloody Tampon Girl' Married to 'Poop Boy' Dino Bruscia on Facebook: Gross Viral Stars Join Forces Against Haters [VIDEO]

And the gross, disturbing saga of the infamous Facebook "bloody Tampon Girl" continues. New York teenager Giovanna Plowman made disgusting viral history last week when she posted a video of herself sucking and chewing on a used tampon. Now, the young fame-seeker has joined forces with another "makes me want to puke" internet star, Dino Bruscia (aka, "Poop Boy"). The unhygienic duo are currently (unofficially) "married" on Facebook... an act which has only heightened their 15-minutes of fame.

First off, a little more on "Tampon Girl"... as Mstarz originally reported:

Some people will go to morbid extremes to gain their fifteen-minutes of fame... and for NY teenager Giovanna Plowman, that means posting a Facebook video of herself sucking on a bloody tampon in hopes of gaining enough notoriety to appear on the popular Comedy Central series "Tosh.0." The grotesque video (which Plowman shared through her Facebook page on Jan. 19) has since been removed, but not in time to stop the infamous "Tampon Girl" from going viral. Whether the five-minute clip of Plowman removing the dirty female hygiene product from her own body and then "playing with it" is real or not, it's still grossly disturbing nonetheless. The video soon went viral, prompting Plowman to update on her Facebook page:

Giovanna Plowman: "OMG! SO I JUST FOUND OUT IM GOING TO BE ON TOSH.O!!! One of Daniel Tosh's agents got ahold of me and said they would love to have me and my video on their show! This is amazing. Like I never thought it would get this big. And of course I'll be going."

And in response to all the haters...

Giovanna Plowman: "Have you ever watched Jackass? Fear Factor? Jersey Shore? I know you all have. It's okay for them to get famous from eating and doing such stupid stuff or being sluts and partying hard. But i eat a tampon and get so much hate? It makes no sense. Just because I'm a girl and ate something gross and got famous you hate on me? I'm a real nice girl. Don't start drama... and I have only ever had one boyfriend? Please tell me how I'm a slut. Smh idgaf about you haters I'll shine on with or with out you!"

But apparently another woman is currently trying to steal Plowman's vulgar viral fame... so of course the 15-year-old famous-person wannabe had to do something drastic to keep "fans" coming back for more...

Giovanna Plowman: "Who is this bi##h who got fu##ed by a dog and sucked its d##k? Trying to outdo me sweetie? Dont think so your ratchet as fu## and that's animal cruelty. What i did was gross yea but you just took shit to a whole new level!"

So, Plowman updated her Facebook relationship status to "married to Dino Bruscia," the man who recorded himself eating human feces and posted it online (the video has since been removed).

At first Bruscia appeared to despise Plowman's newfound internet fame:

Dino Bruscia: "Still trying to overcome the fact a bi##h who sends all her nude parts eats a tampon with blood out famed me in 1 day."

But soon he figured out it was smarter for them to join forces... the couple now continuously defends one another against all of their Facebook and Twitter "haters," such as -

@l33hle: "Giovanna Plowman and Dino Bruscia are a messed up couple. The Fu## is wrong with them?"

@eguid: "Just heard about Giovanna Plowman and Dino Bruscia. I'm disgusted."

Not only that, but their social networking popularity has soared since their unlikely Facebook union (especially Plowman's)...

Plowman: 230,000 Facebook followers and 30,000 Twitter followers.

Bruscia: 24,5000 Facebook followers and 2,400 Twitter followers.

So the fact of the matter is, for those people who'd like to see both Plowman and Bruscia promptly disappear into cyber-world oblivion, better stop giving their foul internet stardom so much attention. And for those of you still thoroughly amused... there's always entertaining updates on Facebook and Twitter.
