"I was really sick, I have been very public with my battle of chronic anemia since getting off tour." She continued, "While I was on tour, I was actually pregnant, and I saw that there were rumors that I was pregnant online." Steffans claims that she didn't speak about the impending birth of her child, which now we know whe has been lost, because it was too early. Steffans was in her first trimester. "I hadn't said anything because it was too early. It's just personal stuff. So by the time I got off tour in the middle of bed rest and we lost the baby," Steffans said. "I just got off of bed rest a week ago, and this is actually my second day out of bed."

Iron pills weren't working, as Steffans claims she is now doing transfusions to get the things her body needs. Karrine also claimed that having a miscarriage is weird because of some of the happiness and then sadness involved. "Miscarriage is like really weird, because everyone [the whole family] is so happy before," she said. It appeared that Karrine may have also been blaming her work load on the miscarriage. "I was on tour, I was working so hard, and it was my first time traveling in years, I hadn't travelled, and I was sick while I was on tour." The author explained that losing a child is really weird as well because "your body doesn't know that you're not pregnant anymore so I still have the symptoms and stuff so it's really heartbreaking."

She continued, "Everyday you wake up and you still have morning sickness, and you're still hurting...so I'm in that stage now where I'm just like every morning waking up feeling pregnant but not being pregnant."

Sadly, Steffans was 3-months pregnant, and revealed that was her first time miscarrying. She claimed that she almost lost her son, who is now 18 years old, due to the same battles with anemia while pregnant with him.

She had the miscarriage while at home. "For women it's happened to them, you never forget the feeling of it coming out," she described. "I felt violently ill, water started tasting funny to me. It was just something about that day where everything was just bad."

One shock Steffan revealed during her interview was that she believed she was pregnant with a baby girl. The author slipped and referred to her unborn baby as "she," and smiled, "I believed it was a girl," Steffans said, "there was just a moment where she comes out," claiming that she went to the hospital after that tragic moment in the toilet.

Steffans said, "this is the worst sh*t ever. We still dealing with that."

Steffans was on her seventh book and final tell-all story, Vindicated. She previously stated that she and Wayne were just close friends, and it appeared that her baby could've possibly been the rapper's, but Steffans finally cleared up those rumors.

"I haven't seen Wayne since 2014. We are halfway through 2015," she declared. "We don't have an ongoing relationship; we have a friendship. We haven't really spoken because it's inappropriate."

As for her child's father, the bestselling author said her baby was her husband's. "Men are different. I can't get him to talk about it."

Steffans claimed that the man in her life didn't have any kids, and that their baby would've been his first.
