Bachelor Ben Higgins' Rumors - Spot In Jeopardy, Secretly Dating Tenley Molzahn

Ben Higgins might be the front-runner for the top spot on next season of The Bachelor, but could his relationship off-screen prevent that from happening? The Denver-based software engineer might have come in third on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette, but according to rumors from Bachelor Nation, Higgins is a shoe in for the lead role. However much like Kaitlyn, Ben has reportedly started a romance with a fellow Bachelor alum that could jeopardize his involvement with the show. It's being reported that his flirtation with Tenley Molzahn, runner up from Jake Pavelka's season, might come in the way of his new job.

According to Radar Online, the new season, which is scheduled to premiere in January and begin shooting in the coming months, might already have its lead in Ben. However, the star has given up a lot to maintain his space in the spotlight.

Not only did Higgins reportedly give up a promotion at work to stay on the reality show, but he also nipped his relationship in the bud with Molzahn.

An insider explained that Ben and Tenley are very cautious about their relationship, as they don't want to it ruin their current projects. She is currently starring on Bachelor in Paradise and he might be taking the Bachelor throne.

An insider explained to Us Weekly, that despite the relationship getting hot and heavy, the couple had to play it cool, as to not affect their jobs.

Tenley posted the following picture on her Facebook page of her and Ben with some other Bachelor Nation members last month.

"They wanted to hook up, but don't want to jeopardize his stint," the source explained.

However, the same thing happened with Kaitlyn Bristowe and Nick Viall during this past season of The Bachelorette, as they had a previous texting relationship before she brought him on the cast.

Maybe Tenley will follow in Viall's footsteps and be one of the women to step out of the limo to compete for Ben H's heart when the new season premieres early next year.
