Roman Reigns can take a hit just as much as he can level a legendary tag-team in the New Age Outlaws with a spear. We got to see just how tough he was at Wrestlemania when the future of WWE took a gladiator level beat down from the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. Not too long ago Reigns took another unique hit, but it wasn't from a WWE superstar. Instead, it came from an unruly fan with a Money In The Bank briefcase. Reigns opened up about the incident in the Miami Herald and the funny thing about it was that when the initial hit took place, he simply brushed it off as if it was nothing. Reigns just thought it was Bray Wyatt hitting him with a Kendo Stick.

"I was confused at first," Reigns said. "I thought Bray hit me in the head with the kendo stick. So immediately I was like, 'Aww man. You're about to get it, brother. Aww, you're about to get your [butt] whooped,' but then I looked down, and I could see the briefcase. So then I'm trying to piece this thing together."

You can check out the video here.

In the moment Reigns brushed it off but looking back he says the incident was scary:

"I'm a character and a sports entertainer and a wrestler, but I'm also a father and a husband and a provider," Reigns continued. "So for me that's scary, because I'm just going out there to put on a good show and provide for my family and take care of my future, and if somebody takes that away from me... for what? For 10 seconds of Internet fame. That's tough to deal with. That's hard to process."

The man behind the attack was a 31-year-old man none-too-happy that Reigns was in the ring against Wyatt. Granted, Reigns could have dealt with the man himself, but WWE security quickly swept in and removed the fan – a description you can use loosely in this sort of situation – and he continued the match. Interferences from fans or Luke Harper aren't stopping him.

His mantra of "I can, I will" isn't something he puts on her merchandise to look cool. He means it.
