The Kardashian clan has been in our living rooms for the past ten years, as we have shared laughs, tears, and every other emotion in-between with them. It seems like they are never going to fade away. However, with the ever expanding empire and spinoff series, not all of them can make it to the same level that Keeping Up With the Kardashians or that breakout star Kim Kardashain has achieved – something that Caitlyn Jenner is learning the hard way. Her new E! reality series I Am Cait has been faltering in the ratings and it seems that the series might be on the verge of getting cancelled. While the show was one of the most anticipated of the summer, it has failed to deliver on the viewership and continues to see massive drops in the viewers week-to-week.

While the series tries to get back on target, the producers are trying to make sense over the decline of viewers, and have one explanation for it.

"Executives and producers for the show feel that Caitlyn is being overexposed," an insider explained to Radar Online. " E! invested so much time and money into this project and everyone is just kind of baffled at how poorly it is doing."

The site is reporting that Caitlyn is so desperate to not get cancelled that she is looking at her kids to help save the sinking ship.

"Caitlyn has begged the rest of her kids to help her out because her biggest fear right now is that the show will be cancelled," the source explained.

VH1 wrote in a blog post that Kim Kardashian could be the one thing to save the show from cancellation.

However, there is still a shimmer of hope for Jenner as Radar is reporting, "As of right now, there are no definitive plans to pull I Am Cait off of the air."
