Rolling Stones Mick Jagger Named The Most Stylish Rock Star

The lead vocalist and founding member of rock band The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger was named by Complex, a lifestyle website, as the most stylish rock star of all time surpassing John Lennon, Kurt Cobain and David Bowie.

Complex released its list of top 50 rock stars who are the most stylish.

"Hands-down one of the best-dressed musicians of all-time, he definitely set the bar for flamboyant frontmen. From his crazy stage antics to his bad boy edge, his style reflected his personality perfectly: it was something that needed to be tamed, but functioned best when it was wild," Complex said.

"Even today, he wears silk scarves and suits with more rakish appeal than most men - and he's pushing 70."

The top five in the list include: Mick Jagger at number one place; Prince of Prince and The Revolution is second for his "sex appeal" and "purple suits"; David Bowie is placed third for bringing in "glam rock and the outrageous style"; Kurt Cobain is fourth for making "flannel shirts, ripped jeans, oversized sweaters" trendy; Sid Vicious of Sex Pistols is fifth in the list.
