'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Custody Battle & Divorce Aftermath: Posts Positive Memes For Fans!

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has been in hell lately with her marriage to second ex-husband Jeremy Calvert playing out on national TV right now and her ongoing custody battle with first ex-husband Corey Simms. While the MTV star has fallen on hard times recently including a short stint in rehab for personal issues, she is still trying to be more optimistic in her life.

In a post on Facebook, Leah put up a "Serenity Prayer" to show her fans that she is overcoming the obstacles in her life.

"God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference," the mother of three put up.

Leah has been showing more positivity on social media with the memes she has been putting up including another one about wanting to bring happiness to the people around her.

It read, "I'm the girl who is always there for people when they need a friend. I'm also the girl who faces many issues alone, but will still do anything to see someone else smile."

As MStars News reported, it has been hard for the reality mom to keep positive during all the drama going on in her life. She recently criticized Jeremy on Twitter with yet another meme having to do with not fighting for their relationship.

Leah tweeted this message to her fans:

"When people make you feel unwanted, don't leave to make them feel sad or guilty, they won't. Leave because you no longer have a reason to stay. Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. What's meant to be will end up good and what's not - won't. Love is worth fighting for, but sometimes you can't be the only one fighting. At times, people need to fight for you. If they don't you just have to move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you and more than they deserve."
