On Wednesday night's episode of The Nightly Show, host Larry Wilmore mocked Donald Trump's eight-page immigration plan, which first aims to put an end to birthright citizenship. As of now, any child born in the United States of America is officially a citizen. According to the LEADING Republican candidate, that needs to end.

Kicking off the episode, Wilmore brought up Trump's recent spot on Chuck Todd's Meet the Press, in which the presidential candidate shared with Todd his plan to reform immigration. In the documents, Trump claims that birthright citizenship is "the biggest magnet for illegal immigration."

Furthermore, the former Celebrity Apprentice – that's reality show, people. Just saying, the leading Republican candidate was once a noted figure on a reality show – star's plan claims, "By a 2:1 margin, voters say it's the wrong policy, including Harry Reid, who said 'No sane country' would give automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants."

So, what is Trump's plan? To keep the families together, and then deport them. Which is very, very kind – isn't it?

"They have to go," Trump told Todd. When asked what he'd do should the families have nowhere to go, the billionaire assured him that "we will work with them." But still, "they have to go."

And how do we get them out? According to Larry Wilmore, catapult them back home.

Meet the Press isn't the only place Trump has been discussing his immigration reform plan. He recently stopped by Bill O'Reilly's The O'Reilly Factor to boast about his idea for the "big, beautiful, powerful wall" that he wants to build down towards the southern end of the country in order to keep illegal immigrants out.

Which is exactly where Wilmore's catapult idea would come into play, right?

Trump isn't the only one against birthright citizenship. It looks like several other candidates have joined him in the battle to end it. Check out Wilmore's report below:
