WWE's NXT developmental brand will present its next live special, NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, this Saturday from the Barclays Center, which has impressively sold out for the event. So without further ado, let's get to our full preview for all the matches and lay out our predictions.

Note that not all of these matches might make it onto the live special, as some could be dark matches.

Carmella vs. Eva Marie

Eva Marie has been training with The Brian Kendrick to improve her in-ring work, and so far it seems like that training has paid off. Eva is leaps and bounds better than what she was in her initial run, though that was a low bar to hurdle. She has divided many fans since her return, but there is no doubt she has put in the work and has improved. If WWE is truly planning on pushing ahead with her, then she needs to win this match.

Winner: Eva Marie

Bull Dempsey vs. Elias Samson

Bull Dempsey used to be an ass-kicking machine who steamrolled everyone in his path. Now, he's a fat, lazy slob who eats Doritos and can't exercise. I'm not sure what's going on here, but it looks like WWE wants to turn him into a comic relief character, and comic relief characters don't win.

Winner: Elias Samson

Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte vs. Dana Brooke vs. Emma

Becky and Charlotte are firmly entrenched on the main roster now, while Dana and Emma work down in developmental. It would do wonders for one of those latter two women to earn the victory, but the more popular stars are likely to win here. And Charlotte seems to outshine Becky just a bit at this point in time.

Winner: Charlotte

Enzo Amore, Big Cass, Zack Ryder, and Mojo Rawley vs. Jason Jordan, Chad Gable, Scott Dawson, and Dash Wilder

That first team contains more hype than I know what to do with! This will be a fun eight-man tag team match, but it likely won't be particularly meaningful. Expect the faces to win and celebrate.

Winners: Enzo Amore, Big Cass, Zack Ryder, and Mojo Rawley

Apollo Crews vs. Tye Dillinger

Apollo Crews, formerly known as Uhaa Nation, will be making his debut for NXT, so he's almost a lock to win this match. The developmental brand hasn't hyped his debut all that much outside of a video package, but expect him to make a big splash on Saturday.

Winner: Apollo Crews

Baron Corbin vs. Samoa Joe

Baron Corbin has not worked a truly lengthy match thus far in his career in NXT, but he did have a longer affair with Bull Dempsey several months ago. This match with Samoa Joe should be a slugfest in which both men just beat the tar out of each other. Corbin probably benefits from a win here more than Joe does, especially because a Corbin victory would extend the feud a bit more.

Winner: Baron Corbin

Tyler Breeze vs. Jushin "Thunder" Liger

Prince Pretty gets a chance to take out another Japanese star when he faces the veteran this Saturday, and he emphasized that point on this week's episode of NXT when he put a Liger mask on his opponent and delivered a Beauty Shot. But it's unlikely WWE would bring Liger in just to have him lose to Breeze.

Winner: Jushin "Thunder" Liger

The Vaudevillains vs. Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy (c) (w/Alexa Bliss) for the NXT Tag Team Championships

Aidan English and Simon Gotch get another chance to dethrone the champs, who have retained their belts thanks to timely interference from the pixie-sized blonde. The Vaudevillains claim to have a weapon to neutralize her, so let's see who they bring out. Regardless, I think they get it done this time.

Winner (and new champions): The Vaudevillains

Bayley vs. Sasha Banks (c) for the NXT Women's Championship

Bayley has been on a journey similar to her friend Sami Zayn to capture the women's title, and that admittedly shorter journey culminates this Saturday when she gets a shot at Sasha Banks. Bayley has taken out two of her old rivals, Charlotte and Becky Lynch, on the road to Takeover: Brooklyn, and I think she climbs to the top of the mountain this weekend.

Winner (and new champion): Bayley

Finn Balor (c) vs. Kevin Owens for the NXT Championship in a Ladder Match

This is the rematch from Beast in the East in Tokyo on July 4, only this time challenger and champion are reversed. Owens cut a scathing promo on Wednesday in which he vowed to leave Balor in a pile on the floor as he climbs the ladder and reclaims his title, while Balor has promised to shut Owens up once and for all. If Owens is truly becoming a star on the main roster, then maybe his time in NXT has passed. And if that's the case, then he doesn't need the NXT Championship.

Winner (and still champion): Finn Balor
